Who we are

Apps Mobile Development Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website appsmobiledevelopment.com. For any privacy-related question, contact us at [email protected]. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

What data we collect

Information you give us

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide. Only your name, email address, and a description of your project are required; the rest is optional:

  • Your name and email address.
  • Your company or project name, if you provide it.
  • A description of what you want to build.
  • Optional context: target platforms, approximate budget, approximate timeline, and how you heard about us.
  • Whether you consented to us replying to your enquiry, and the time the form was submitted (used to detect automated spam).

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, limited technical and usage data is collected through our analytics providers — for example pages viewed, approximate (non-precise) location, referring site, and device or browser type. We use privacy-respecting analytics and do not build advertising profiles about you.

How we use your data

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange a discovery call.
  • To prepare a scope and quote if you ask us to, and to communicate about a potential or active project.
  • To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.
  • To detect and prevent spam, abuse, and security threats.

Our legal bases for processing (where the GDPR applies) are your consent, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and securing the site, and taking steps at your request before entering a contract.

Third-party processors

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the site and respond to you. Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms and privacy policy:

  • Our mail server — the email generated when you submit the contact form is delivered over our own self-hosted mail infrastructure (so your enquiry reaches our inbox); it is not shared with a third-party email service.
  • Vercel — hosts the website and provides infrastructure and aggregate performance/analytics data.
  • Plausible Analytics — privacy-focused, cookie-free website analytics that does not track you across other sites.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — a privacy-friendly CAPTCHA alternative used to protect the contact form from automated abuse.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies

We aim to keep the site as cookie-light as possible. Our analytics provider is cookie-free, and any cookies that are set are limited to what's needed for the site and its anti-spam protection to function.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond to you and, if a project proceeds, for the duration of our working relationship plus any period required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes. If an enquiry does not lead to a project, we delete or anonymize it once it's no longer useful. Aggregate analytics data is retained in line with our analytics provider's defaults.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights over your personal data:

  • Access a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Delete your data (the “right to be forgotten”).
  • Restrict or object to certain processing.
  • Data portability.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing relies on it.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, these rights arise under the GDPR. If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information — which we do not do. To exercise any right, email us at [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

The site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to let you know.
